Located just two miles North of Downtown Knoxville, the Central Burwell district is a newly bustling commercial corridor that is bringing new development to a formerly derelict stretch of North Central Street.
Sanders Pace Architecture worked closely with multiple owner occupants and tenants to tactfully develop four adjacent properties. Tenants and buildouts included the rebirth of long-established deli returning to its original location, a new production brewery with a tasting room and a rapidly growing video production company. Each building and program presented unique challenges and design opportunities, resulting in varying material selections and storefront expressions.
