On October 30th John Sanders and Brandon Pace will be presenting a lecture titled “Origins” as part of the University of Tennessee Dialogues Series. The presentation will include visions of Knoxville’s past, present, and future through a series of snapshots active projects within the office. The lecture starts at 5:40pm at the McCarty Auditorium.

Balter Beerworks honored with AIA Tennessee Award of Merit.

Sanders Pace Architecture received 3 awards at the 2017 AIA East Tennessee Design Awards Gala which was the culmination of Architecture Week. Winners include Nest, a Treehouse at the UT Gardens which was the recipient of an Award of Merit and Balter Beerworks and 1003 Luttrell Street which both received Honor Citations. Congratulations to all of the winners and thank you to all of those responsible for the planning of the wonderful events associated with Architecture Week!

John Sanders appointed by the Mayor of Knoxville to serve as a member of the Public Stakeholder Advisory Committee for Recode Knoxville, an effort to revise and update the City of Knoxville zoning regulations which haven’t been updated in nearly 50 years. Brandon Pace served as this year’s jury chair for the 2016 AIA Charleston Triennial Design Awards Program. The awards were presented on October 28th at the South Carolina Aquarium in downtown Charleston. Congratulations to all of the winners!
